A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Benefits Manager to join a large, international law firm and take ownership of its global benefits agenda. Working across multiple regions, you will shape and deliver benefit programmes that support employee wellbeing, drive engagement and ensure the organisation remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
The Role
- Lead the development and delivery of the global benefits strategy and roadmap.
- Review and enhance benefits offerings across international markets.
- Manage relationships with benefit providers and external brokers.
- Lead annual renewals, contract negotiations and benefits implementation projects.
- Monitor benefit utilisation, employee feedback and programme effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation, governance requirements and internal policies.
- Manage benefits budgets and work closely with Finance stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement through effective benefits communication strategies.
- Lead global harmonisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Line manage and develop a small team.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing complex benefits programmes within a large or international organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, governance and market best practice.
- Experience managing external providers and negotiating contracts.
- Highly commercial with strong budgeting and analytical skills.
- Able to influence stakeholders across HR, Finance and senior leadership teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Previous people management experience would be advantageous.
