As part of the Global Benefits team, this opportunity offers broad exposure across multiple countries and benefits programmes, providing significant visibility and influence within a collaborative international environment.

The Manager, Employee Benefits – EMEA will play a critical role in the execution, delivery and continuous optimisation of health, welfare, retirement and wellbeing programmes across the EMEA region. This is a hands-on position that combines operational ownership with strategic input, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively while contributing to ongoing enhancements in plan design, vendor management and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and execution of employee benefits programmes across health, welfare, retirement, leave and wellbeing initiatives throughout EMEA.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders, providing guidance on benefits design, cost management, compliance and risk-related matters.
  • Manage relationships with external providers, brokers and managed service partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery and programme effectiveness.
  • Oversee programme administration, including enrolment processes, audits, invoicing, deductions and employee communications.
  • Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Compensation and People Operations teams to ensure seamless programme delivery and compliance.
  • Drive process improvements through the use of technology, data and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy and employee experience.

Candidate Profile

  • At least seven years' experience within employee benefits, health and welfare, reward or related HR disciplines.
  • Strong expertise in EMEA employee benefits programmes and associated regulatory requirements, with exposure to global benefits structures viewed favourably.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and operating confidently in a highly visible environment.
  • Proven vendor management experience, including overseeing relationships with benefits providers, brokers and external partners.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.
  • Experience with Workday Benefits, Microsoft Office applications and technology-enabled process improvement initiatives.
