Benefits & Payroll Advisor - EMEA Region
Equifind are partnering with a financial services firm to hire a Benefits & Payroll Advisor to look after benefits administration and payroll coordination across the EMEA region. It's a good fit if you like the detail-focused side of payroll but also enjoy the problem-solving that comes with benefits work, and you want to work across multiple markets rather than just one. You'll be joining a stable, well-resourced HR team at a leading global financial services firm.
Why This Role
- Most benefits and payroll roles only cover one country. This one gives you exposure across the EMEA population, which is a good way to build up broader international experience than most roles at this level offer.
- You'll have real ownership here rather than just processing transactions, driving process improvements, owning data integrity, and being trusted to use your judgement on escalations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
