Benefits & Reward Manager
Hybrid into one of our offices London, Luton or Manchester
Are you an experienced Benefits & Reward professional looking for an opportunity to shape and influence the reward strategy of a complex, people-focused organisation?
We are looking for a Benefits & Reward Manager to join our UK&I People team, leading the development and delivery of a modern, competitive and data-driven reward proposition. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong benefits expertise with broader reward experience and enjoys operating in a dynamic environment with multiple legal entities, diverse employee populations and varying benefit structures.
About the role
As Benefits & Reward Manager, you will play a key role in designing, delivering and continuously improving our benefits and reward offering across the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, People Analytics, senior stakeholders and external providers to ensure our programmes support employee engagement, attraction and retention while delivering commercial value to the business.
This role goes beyond annual benefits enrolment. We are looking for someone with experience across both benefits and reward who can confidently manage annual pay and bonus reviews, compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, governance requirements and reward-related projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
