Description

This is an exciting opportunity in a new area within Advisory Services within our Health and Benefits line of business. The Special Project function was developed to support clients beyond the pillars of Medical, Risk and flexible benefits.

This would be a key development role in the expansion of Health & Benefits and due to the varied nature would suit someone adaptable with strong interpersonal skills with previous experience in Employee Benefits/Flexible benefits. The type and style of project will vary, and the support you can bring to the project can be tailored to your skill set.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver assigned projects activities, managing deadlines, priorities and quality standards, with guidance where appropriate.
  • Perform Data analysis in Excel using formulas and Macros and AI to support project delivery and contribute to client solutions.
  • Gather and document client requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity to support effective delivery.
  • Identify cross sell opportunities and refer them to the relevant WTW teams.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to support successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate across Health & Benefits (H&B) and the wider business (including M&A, Retirement and Communications) to deliver integrated delivery.
  • Contribute to the wider Special Projects team, sharing knowledge, ideas and best practice.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and project demands, and participate in potential secondment opportunities, working alongside client teams in HR-related functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
