Benefits Advisor - EMEA Region
Equifind is partnering with a leading global financial services firm to hire a Benefits Advisor to lead benefits administration across the EMEA region, with a supporting hand in monthly payroll coordination. This is a benefits-first role, ideal for someone who wants to own the full benefits lifecycle across multiple markets, not just administer it in one country, while staying close enough to payroll to understand how the two connect.
Why This Role
Most benefits roles are single-country and largely administrative. This one gives you ownership across the entire EMEA population - enrolments, pensions, vendor relationships, compliance and employee education with genuine scope to shape how benefits are delivered, not just process what lands on your desk. You'll also stay connected to payroll, which is what makes this a stronger, more rounded role than a pure benefits function: you'll understand the downstream impact of your decisions rather than working in a silo.
You'll be joining a stable, well-resourced HR team at a leading global financial services firm, with real trust placed in your judgement on escalations, data integrity and process improvement from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
