We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a global organisation based in the City of London, who are looking for a Global Benefits & Mobility Specialist to join their Global Benefits & Mobility team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR, benefits or mobility professional looking to build broader international experience within a fast-paced global environment. Supporting the VP, Global Benefits & Mobility and local HR teams, you'll play a hands-on role coordinating global benefits programmes and international mobility cases, while working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years' experience within HR, benefits, global mobility, HR operations or a related field
  • Experience coordinating complex processes across multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to global benefits and/or international mobility processes would be highly desirable
  • Experience supporting international assignments, relocations, immigration or tax coordination would be advantageous
  • Previous experience working with external vendors, brokers, insurers or professional service providers
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple cases, priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience using HR systems, with Workday experience advantageous
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers
  • Proactive, process-driven and focused on delivering a high-quality employee experience
