Benefits Specialist (EMEA & APAC)
3 - 6 months contract initial length
London, hybrid working
As a Global Benefits Specialist, you will be a core member of our Global People Solutions team within a dynamic, shared services environment. You will provide client-focused benefits support across global regions (with a primary focus on EMEA & APAC), managing operational transactions, life cycle benefits, and wellness initiatives.
In this role, you will build strong relationships across internal teams—including Talent Acquisition, HR, Hiring Managers, and Payroll—as well as external benefits providers and brokers to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Support: Deliver end-to-end global benefits administration, new hire onboarding, and wellness activity support across EMEA and APAC.
- Employee Ticketing & Inquiries: Manage and resolve employee benefits inquiries promptly via ServiceNow, providing high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
- Leave of Absence (LOA) Administration: Support LOA processes by conducting employee consultations, generating leave letters, creating Workday tickets, and coordinating local statutory leave details with Payroll.
- Global Expansions & Systems: Assist with the setup and implementation of new benefits programs and platform integrations in emerging country locations.
- Vendor & Financial Management: Review, reconcile, and process APAC benefits invoices in partnership with Accounts Payable.
- Escalation & Project Support: Serve as an escalation point for complex benefits queries and contribute to special HR projects across all regions.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record working within a Global Benefits team supporting multi-region operations (EMEA, APAC, NAMER).
- Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow is essential.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of global benefits regulations, statutory requirements, and administrative workflows across international markets.
- Problem Solver: Ability to exercise sound judgment, prioritize urgent tasks, and resolve complex issues independently within defined HR guidelines.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A responsive, "can-do" attitude committed to delivering exceptional service to employees.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
