In support of this commitment, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Benefits & Wellbeing Manager to join the team.
You will lead and evolve our approach to employee benefits, wellbeing and recognition, ensuring our people understand and engage with the full range of support available to them, bringing our benefits offering to life through impactful communications, targeted campaigns and employee-focused initiatives.
You will also shape and deliver a meaningful wellbeing strategy that builds on existing best practice, creating a more connected and measurable approach across the Group. Working closely with colleagues, leaders and employee networks, you'll help foster a culture where people can thrive, while leading our recognition programme to celebrate success, reinforce our values and recognise the contributions that drive organisational performance.

What you’ll be doing
In this role you will own the employee experience of benefits across BPP whilst also developing and delivering a measurable employee wellbeing strategy.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and continuously enhancing the employee benefits experience across BPP.
- Developing engaging communications, guidance and campaigns that increase awareness and utilisation of employee benefits.
- Partnering with senior members of the HR team and external providers to deliver a seamless and employee-focused benefits offering.
- Supporting benefits renewals, enrolment activities and colleague engagement initiatives.
- Using employee feedback and data insights to improve benefits communications, processes and overall experience.
- Supporting benefits and wellbeing integration activities during organisational change and acquisitions.
- Developing and delivering a Group-wide wellbeing strategy covering mental, physical and financial wellbeing.
- Designing and coordinating wellbeing campaigns that drive engagement and support colleague needs.
- Leading the delivery and evolution of BPP's colleague recognition programme.
- Working with Internal Communications and leaders to celebrate success, amplify colleague stories and reinforce organisational culture.
- Managing relationships with benefits, wellbeing and recognition providers, ensuring quality, value and continuous improvement.
- Analysing engagement and participation data to measure impact, identify trends and inform future benefits, wellbeing and recognition initiatives.

What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Experience in benefits, reward, wellbeing, HR operations or employee experience, with a strong understanding of how benefits are delivered and communicated in practice.
- Ability to translate benefits information into clear, engaging and accessible colleague communications.
- Experience supporting wellbeing initiatives or employee engagement activity, ideally across mental, physical and financial wellbeing.
- Experience designing, managing or supporting recognition programmes, engagement initiatives or culture-building campaigns.
- Strong planning and delivery skills, with the ability to manage campaigns, suppliers, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable using employee feedback, query trends, utilisation data and simple reporting to shape priorities and measure impact.
- Able to work collaboratively across HR, Reward, Payroll, Internal Communications, Finance, employee networks and external providers.
- Pragmatic and cost aware, with the ability to balance employee experience, value for money, governance and operational delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support employees and managers with sensitive or complex benefits, wellbeing and recognition topics.
- Comfortable using HR systems, benefits platforms, (experience in Zellis ResourceLink and Reward Gateway would be preferable)
- Exposure to international secondment packages, expat benefits or mobility reward and tax considerations would be advantageous
