Self-Employed | Surrey Workshop | UK & Overseas Projects

The Fabrika Group is looking for an experienced Bespoke Cabinet Maker / Joiner & Installer to work with our team on an ongoing self-employed basis.

We design, manufacture and install high-quality bespoke joinery for residential, commercial and hospitality projects across London, the UK and overseas.

We are looking for an experienced all-round joiner who is equally confident manufacturing in the workshop and installing on site. This is not a workshop-only or fitting-only role. You will be expected to manufacture bespoke joinery from technical drawings and install the finished work on site.

The Role

  • Manufacture bespoke cabinetry, fitted furniture and architectural joinery from technical drawings
  • Work with veneered MDF, solid timber, plywood, laminates and other decorative materials
  • Carry out natural veneer work, including preparation, matching and application
  • Cut, machine, assemble and finish joinery to a high standard
  • Operate professional woodworking machinery, power tools and hand tools
  • Prepare completed joinery for delivery and installation
  • Install and fit your work on residential, commercial and hospitality projects
  • Carry out final adjustments and snagging on site

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
