About Us
Marsden Direct Group is a vibrant exhibition, VM and large format print company based in Loughborough. Marsden Exhibitions, with over 25 years in operation, is an industry-leading and rapidly growing exhibition design and build service. We are a close-knit team that thrives in a collaborative and relaxed environment. We deliver creative and impactful exhibition stands for clients globally.
The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join our Bespoke team. The ideal candidate would have solid industry experience to take ownership of bespoke exhibition projects from initial brief through to final install and post-show review. You will have a good grounding in industry regulations and compliance (including health & safety, CDM Regulations, and venue/organiser manuals) along with a strong working knowledge of materials, build techniques and graphics production, so you can read technical drawings, brief manufacturing teams accurately and quality-check delivery against spec. You will work closely with clients, our 3D design team, production partners and external contractors to deliver high-quality stands on time, on budget and to exceptional standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
