Job Description

We are looking for someone with excellent administration and organisation skills and a creative eye with good working knowledge of Excel, Photoshop and Illustrator. You will be based in the Bespoke studio at Head Office ensuring that Bespoke orders are produced to the highest standard in a timely and efficient manner. Reporting to the Head of Bespoke you will work closely with a team of experienced production and craftspeople, sales consultants and customer services professionals.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders from order placement to completion
• Ensure accurate tracking and flagging of any issues
• Work with embossing team to ensure orders are completed within due date
• Working alongside the Head of Bespoke to keep other teams in HO and the stores updated where necessary
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
• Create embossing plates and photo panels for all Bespoke orders on Adobe
• Create embossing mockups for the customers and corporate clients
• Create new product templates on Illustrator
• Monitor and manage stock levels, coordinating replenishment and transfers as needed
• Support stocktaking and inventory management
• Support the development of new bespoke product, contributing creative ideas
• Keep the Bespoke studio space tidy, and well organized with stock and orders correctly labeled and placed accurately in line with schedule
• Responsible for the replenishment of embossing materials
