Fractional / Ad-hoc BESS Specialist | Contract | Remote
A growing renewable energy and infrastructure business with a portfolio of large-scale BESS projects is looking to engage a highly experienced BESS specialist on a fractional/ad-hoc consulting basis, providing specialist technical expertise and guidance across its developing portfolio.
About the Role
The ideal individual will have genuine end-to-end experience delivering utility-scale BESS projects, from early-stage development through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operation.

Key Experience
- Extensive experience delivering utility-scale BESS projects
- Strong technical understanding of BESS technologies and systems integration
- Experience across development, design, procurement, EPC and commissioning
- Strong understanding of the technical and commercial considerations involved in BESS development
- Proven ability to provide senior-level technical advice and challenge
- Comfortable working on a fractional or ad-hoc consulting basis

This would suit a senior BESS professional, Technical Director, Senior Engineer, Consultant or experienced project delivery specialist with a proven track record of delivering BESS projects end-to-end.
