Job Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the development and growth of the BESS business in the UK market, building and maintaining strong relationships with local customers, leading business negotiations, and managing key public relations activities.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of UK customers and business partners, including utilities, IPPs, renewable energy developers, EPCs, energy companies, energy traders, and other key stakeholders. Develop and execute market expansion plans to drive BESS sales growth in the UK.
- Manage the sales budget and control costs for the UK market, ensuring effective resource allocation and achievement of regional sales targets.
- Develop and implement UK-specific sales and marketing strategies for energy storage products, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on the UK BESS and renewable energy market, including market demand, regulatory policies, market mechanisms, competitors, project pipelines, and industry trends. Establish sales targets for the UK and translate them into actionable business development plans.
- Develop and maintain a strong network across the UK energy storage ecosystem, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the company in expanding its market presence in the UK.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 5 years of proven experience in overseas sales or business development, including successful management of major customer development initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy storage industry, with a strong understanding of the BESS market, business models, and customer needs.
- At least 3 years of team management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of the UK renewable energy and energy storage market, including local market dynamics, regulations, market mechanisms, policies, and industry trends.
- Established customer and industry relationships in the UK, particularly with utilities, IPPs, renewable energy developers, EPCs, energy traders, energy companies, or other key BESS stakeholders, will be highly preferred.
- Strong business development capabilities and a proven track record of developing and closing BESS or large-scale renewable energy projects in the UK will be a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced international environment, with strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple customer and project relationships simultaneously.
