As the Best Start in Life Delivery Manager, you will spearhead the implementation of the Best Start in Life Local Plan. Your role will involve supporting the development of Best Start Family Hubs and ensuring the effective use of grant funding. Collaborating with partners across health, education, and community sectors, you will drive initiatives that enhance school readiness, reduce inequalities, and empower families to thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional eager to make a difference!
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for children and families.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including health and education partners, to ensure a cohesive approach to service delivery.
- Manage grant funding effectively to support the development of Family Hubs.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to engage families and promote best practices in early childhood development.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C (including English) or equivalent.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading change.
- In-depth knowledge of the national Best Start agenda and early childhood development principles.
- Proficiency in information technology, including databases and word processing.
