Brand Manager – Beverage (FMCG)

Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Brand Manager to take ownership of a fast‑growing beverage portfolio — driving brand strategy, delivering commercial performance, and leading NPD from concept through launch.

You’ll manage brands across functional drinks, aloe beverages, and tropical juices, shaping long‑term strategy while executing high‑impact brand plans that deliver growth. This role suits someone analytical, creative, and commercially sharp, with strong FMCG experience and confidence working cross‑functionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create and execute brand plans across the beverage portfolio, aligned to long‑term strategy.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports, quarterly reviews, and promotional evaluations with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Lead NPD projects — from concept development to launch plans, pricing strategy, and growth targets.
  • Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand strategy and global guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Track brand distribution, awareness, and satisfaction, using data to inform future plans.
  • Manage budgets and deliver brand performance against annual targets.
  • Coordinate internal and external launch programmes.
  • Support consumer research (U&A studies, brand tracking, etc.).
  • Manage external agencies across PR, creative, digital, and advertising.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
