About Bonbon Pottery

Bonbon Pottery is a London-based ceramic painting studio and café, with four studios currently open across the city and three more launching soon. We believe creativity is for everyone, and that making something with your hands can feel just as good as making memories with the people around you.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented beverage specialist to take responsibility for developing our beverage menus, creating new drink concepts, standardising recipes, and supporting our café teams through structured training.

This role will play a key part in ensuring every Bonbon Pottery location delivers the same quality, taste, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve the beverage menus across all locations.
  • Develop new drinks, seasonal specials, and limited-time beverage concepts.
  • Create and standardise recipes, including ingredients, preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  • Research beverage trends and introduce innovative ideas suitable for our brand.
  • Review customer feedback and sales performance to improve menu offerings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
