Beverage Innovation Executive

Bold ideas. Big ambition. Real impact.

We’re part of Delightful Food Group. A collective built on decades of expertise across food and beverage, with one clear goal. Do things better.

From first concept to final production, we bring together insight, creativity and technical know-how to build what’s next.

We don’t just follow the market. We help shape it.

We create food and beverage products, ideas and partnerships that deliver real impact.

Smarter thinking. Stronger products. Solutions that move our customers forward.

At Bold Foods we’re building something bigger. A business driven by bold ideas and big ambition. A team focused on what comes next, not what’s been done before.

Because real impact doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built.

Role overview

We're looking for a Beverage Innovation Executive who lives and breathes drinks, flavour, culture and emerging trends.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is constantly scanning the horizon for what's next in food, beverage, hospitality and social culture, then turning those insights into standout drinks and dessert concepts using our products. You'll be responsible for creating, testing and refining customer-ready beverage concepts that help customers stay ahead of the market rather than follow it.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working as part of the wider marketing team, you'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive, Sales, NPD and technical teams to transform emerging trends into commercial opportunities. You'll attend customer meetings, innovation sessions and sales pitches, bringing concepts, insight and inspiration that help customers win.

We're looking for someone with genuine creativity, strong beverage development skills and an obsession with what's happening globally. Someone who understands not only what is trending, but why it's gaining momentum, what consumer behaviours are driving it and what could become the next big menu opportunity.

Most importantly, you'll have the confidence to take an idea from insight to finished drink, building concepts that are visually impactful, commercially relevant and ready to create excitement on menus and across social channels.

Location

Stevenage, Hertfordshire

Key responsibilities

Beverage innovation and concept creation

  • Create innovative hot drinks, cold beverages, shakes, frappes, refreshers, dessert drinks and sweet menu concepts using our product portfolio.
  • Develop finished beverage concepts that are customer-ready, commercially viable and capable of delivering real menu impact.
  • Experiment confidently with new ingredients, flavours, formats and presentation styles to create concepts that feel relevant, exciting and ahead of the market.
  • Build visually impactful drinks and desserts that translate naturally into customer engagement and social content opportunities.
  • Develop ideas that can support social content, campaigns, product launches and customer engagement activity.
  • Continually test, refine and evolve concepts to ensure they remain relevant to changing consumer tastes and market opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
