Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for world-class beverage experiences? 🌟 As a Beverage Manager onboard Silversea, you will lead the delivery of exceptional beverage service across all bars, lounges, restaurants, and entertainment venues. You'll be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while driving beverage revenue, maintaining the highest service standards, and developing a talented onboard team. πŸ“ˆπŸ₯‚

In this exciting leadership role, you'll:

  • Lead and inspire a beverage team 🍸
  • Deliver personalized, luxury guest experiences across all venues ✨
  • Drive beverage sales, premium spirit offerings, wine programs, and special events 🍷πŸ₯ƒ
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, and cost optimization πŸ“Š
  • Ensure all beverage outlets operate efficiently and consistently 🚒
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary and Restaurant teams to elevate the guest experience 🍽️
