Purpose of the Post:
Lettice is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Events Specialist to join our growing team - and help take our drinks offering to the next level. We’re seriously proud of what we pour. We work with some of the best wine suppliers around, with a focus on lower intervention wines, and we’re committed to leading the way as the UK’s most sustainably focused caterer. Now we’re looking for someone who’s excited to own and shape every part of our beverage programme.
This is a role for someone who loves variety and creativity just as much as they love the detail. You’ll be curating and managing our wine list, developing fresh and exciting cocktails, and creating seasonal mocktails that are every bit as memorable as the alcoholic offer. You’ll also be the person keeping the engine running behind the scenes - managing stock takes, working with our stock management software, and using our AI platform to help maintain smart, efficient stock levels.

You’ll work closely with our suppliers to build strong relationships, secure the best possible pricing, and make sure we’re always delivering excellent value for money to our clients without compromising on quality.
A big part of what we do is creating standout tasting experiences, so we’re looking for someone who feels confident leading and hosting these moments for guests. That means not only bringing drinks to life, but also being comfortable talking about food pairings and the wider experience too.
And because no two days at Lettice are ever quite the same, there will be times when you’ll need to step into a more Events Operations role. Being flexible, hands-on, and pragmatic is a big part of what will make someone thrive here.

Duties and Tasks:
- Full end to end stock management
- Creating and managing our drinks offering
- Fulfilling all drinks needs, including creating and managing all bar boxes to go to events
- Based at Lettice HQ in Kennington, managing a small bar stock here to fulfil tastings and bespoke cocktails
- Managing our warehouse and ensuring our stock management system is always up to date
- Ensuring that all drinks (both in development and once listed) are speced to recipe and work within budget
- These recipes need to be fully recorded in a matrix that the Ops team can fill in their function sheets from
- Ensuring all drinks are packed appropriately (whether or not these have been batched in advance)
- Using the post event reports to calculate drinks usages and sharing this with your line manager
- Working with your line manager on supplier procurement and pricing
- Working with the marketing team to position both Lettice and its subsidiaries as a market leader in the drinks industry
- Being available to assist the Head of Operations with any event operations as and when required
- Offering our clients bespoke cocktail and drinks pairings
