We are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Reporting team.
This is a key role supporting the business in delivering data-driven decision making, improving operational efficiency, increasing profitability and enhancing customer outcomes.
The role will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver reporting, analysis, automation and insights that help drive performance. As Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence become increasingly aligned, the successful candidate will help support a trusted data foundation that enables reporting, automation and AI-driven solutions across the organisation.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's wider Digital Transformation agenda through the effective use of data, analytics and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business requirements for reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Asset Management and other business functions.
- Scope, prioritise and deliver reporting and analytical requirements.
- Produce high-quality reporting and actionable business insights.
- Reduce manual processes through automation and process improvement.
- Enhance reporting outputs and data visualisations using tools such as Power BI.
- Support the development of self-service reporting capabilities.
- Work closely with IT colleagues to support data and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with AI and BI colleagues to identify opportunities for analytics, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Support the use of consistent and trusted data sources across reporting and AI initiatives.
- Promote good data quality and governance practices.
- Contribute to the organisation's Digital Transformation strategy through innovative use of data, analytics and AI.

This is a hybrid role and there will be a requirement to be in the Warrington Support Office 3 days per week.
Technical Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in business reporting, analysis and data interpretation.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using Power BI and data visualisation tools.
- Experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT and Claude.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and translating data into meaningful insights.
- Understanding of data quality and governance principles.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Power Automate, Power Apps and Teams would be advantageous.
- Awareness of Artificial Intelligence and automation technologies and how they can be applied within a business environment.
