BI Analyst - UK

You're three levels deep into a dashboard when you spot it: a spend pattern nobody's flagged, on an account big enough that fixing it matters. You don't just send the chart. You call the stakeholder, walk them through the "so what," and watch the plan change because of something you found. That's the job.

About the Role

We're growing our Business Intelligence team, and we're looking for someone to help us report on and make sense of some of the largest workforce and talent programmes around. This isn't a role where you build a dashboard and move on. We want someone who reads the trend behind the numbers, challenges assumptions, and helps our stakeholders actually use what you find.

What Your Week Could Look Like

  • Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards that people genuinely open and use
  • Delivering the weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting our customers rely on
  • Digging into workforce, spend and performance data to find the trend before anyone asks
  • Sitting down with customer teams, PMOs and stakeholders to explain what it means for them
  • Pulling data via SQL and Databricks, and picking off the odd ad-hoc request that lands on your desk
  • Helping us automate the reporting we do too much of by hand

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You Might Be Our Person If...

  • You've built a real track record as a BI Analyst or in a similar Business Intelligence role.
  • Your Power BI skills are strong, comfortable building dashboards and visualisations, not just tidying up someone else's.
  • You can turn a dataset into a recommendation, not just a report.
  • You're a confident communicator who's used to holding your own with stakeholders.
  • You know your way around SQL and Excel, and you're not fazed by a new data source.
  • Bonus points for exposure to VMS platforms (SAP Fieldglass, VNDLY, Beeline, Coupa), Databricks, or a background in recruitment, staffing, MSP or RPO, but none of these are dealbreakers.
