About the role
We are looking for a BI Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. You will take ownership of analytical projects end-to-end — from scoping business problems through to insight delivery — working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Product, Commercial and Operations. You will build and maintain critical dashboards and reporting, surface trends and anomalies in business performance, and use data storytelling to drive measurable business outcomes. You will be expected to leverage AI tools strategically throughout your workflow — from LLM-assisted query generation and analysis summarisation to code review — accelerating delivery while maintaining rigorous standards. You will also provide critical support as the human-in-the-loop to ensure accuracy and repeatability of data analysis in other functions, empowering all our teams to make full use of AI-driven data self-serve.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
