Job Description

Location: Tomorrows Guides Ltd, Unit 1, Station Yard, Station Road

About Us

Tomorrow’s Guides operate three leading review websites in the care sector: carehome.co.uk, homecare.co.uk and daynurseries.co.uk. All are number 1 in their respective markets by a long way, and we're still growing fast.

Role Overview

We're looking for a BI Developer / BI Analyst to support our marketing and web analytics, someone with extensive experience handling complex datasets to get to the insights.

You'll be an end-to-end practitioner, comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, designing and implementing solutions that span upstream ETL operations right through to the visualisation and reporting layer.

You'll be building KPI reports but also moving beyond dashboard delivery to answering business questions and partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide analytical solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
