This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong SQL skills who wants to develop their career across Business Intelligence, data analysis, data integration, and reporting. You’ll work with databases, data warehouses, and other sources to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets, developing practical solutions that solve real business problems.

You’ll use the Microsoft BI Suite, including SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS, to build data integrations, reports, and data models, while supporting and maintaining existing databases and BI systems. You’ll also provide ad-hoc analysis, work closely with internal teams to understand their requirements, and help identify opportunities where better use of data can improve performance and customer outcomes.

BI Developer aka Junior BI Developer, Business Intelligence Analyst, SQL Developer, Data Analyst
Location:
Chatham, Kent (Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home) For the initial period, you will be in the office 4-5 days a week while you get to grips with the role.

Salary:
£38k base salary + great employee benefits
You’ll bring experience in a BI related role, skilled in writing and editing T-SQL, views, stored procedures, and ad-hoc queries. You’ll have strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, data modelling, Power Query, Pivot Tables, or Python would be advantageous, but a willingness to learn is equally important.
