At CHEC, we're committed to making a real difference to people's lives by providing high-quality healthcare services across the UK. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented BI & Reporting Analyst to help turn data into meaningful insight that supports better decisions, improved patient outcomes, and operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data, enjoys solving business challenges, and wants to play a key role in developing modern reporting solutions within a fast-growing healthcare organisation.

The Role

As our BI & Reporting Analyst, you'll sit within the Data Team and be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality reporting solutions using Power BI and modern Microsoft data technologies.

Working alongside Data Engineers and Data Architects, you'll help create a trusted reporting environment that enables stakeholders across clinical, operational, commercial and executive teams to access reliable, decision-ready insights.

You'll champion self-service analytics, and help establish a single source of truth across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, build and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.
  • Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain semantic models and support a consistent, governed reporting environment.
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with business teams to improve reporting consistency and data literacy.
  • Monitor and optimise Power BI performance, refresh processes and report usability.
  • Support data quality initiatives and ensure robust reporting standards are maintained.
  • Contribute to NHS statutory reporting processes and help provide resilience within the wider data team.
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics through training, guidance and stakeholder engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
