Location: Hybrid working, based in or near Exeter (minimum office attendance by agreement)

Hours: 3 days per week (22.5 hours)

Contract: Fixed-term until 31 March 2028, with the possibility of extension subject to funding

Salary: £32,000–£36,000 FTE equivalent (£19,200–£21,600 pro rata), depending on experience

Reports to: Executive Director

The Bibliotherapy Programme Manager will coordinate the day-to-day running of our bibliotherapy portfolio and support its ongoing development and expansion.

We’re looking for an organised, thoughtful, and reliable person who understands wellbeing and adult education and who enjoys developing projects, making sure all details are taken care of.

You will likely have experience in adult learning and professional training, and you’re very comfortable with programme management and project coordination. You don’t need to be an expert in bibliotherapy–you’ll work alongside experienced counsellors, psychotherapists, literary specialists, and other professionals.
