At DP World, we're looking for an experienced BPI / Business Intelligence Vertical Lead to lead business improvement, drive data and transform operations across more than 100 logistics sites throughout Europe.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll combine Continuous Improvement, Lean methodologies and Business Intelligence to deliver smarter processes, automated reporting and data-driven decision making. Working closely with senior operational leaders, you'll shape the analytics roadmap while leading a team delivering innovative Power BI solutions that improve productivity, reduce costs and create real business value.
About the role:
- Lead Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Business Intelligence (BI) activities across your vertical.
- Deliver Lean/Six Sigma improvement projects that enhance operational performance and generate measurable savings.
- Develop and oversee Power BI dashboards, reporting, automation and data visualisation solutions.
- Coach and develop BI and Continuous Improvement team members.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering and regional stakeholders across Europe.
- Champion data quality, governance and reporting standards.
- Track project benefits, adoption and business outcomes.
- Support the ongoing evolution of DP World's European analytics and digital transformation strategy.

Your Key Skills:
We're looking for an experienced leader who combines operational improvement expertise with strong analytical and technical capability. You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience leading Business Intelligence and/or Continuous Improvement teams.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, SQL and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience delivering Lean, Six Sigma or operational excellence initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to translate business challenges into practical data-driven solutions.
- Experience within logistics, supply chain or contract logistics (highly desirable).
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching others.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across Europe.
