Bicester Village | Full Time | Fixed-Term Seasonal Contract
At Fortnum & Mason, we're preparing for our busiest and most exciting time of the year, and we're looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team at Bicester Village.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers during the festive season. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and personalised recommendations.
  • Building product knowledge across our luxury food, gifting, and seasonal ranges.
  • Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Replenishing stock and supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes Fortnum & Mason unique.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a must.
  • A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for luxury retail and customer service.
  • Flexibility to work full time in a fast-paced environment during the peak trading period.

Important Information

Please note that:

  • This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods.
  • The role is physically demanding and involves long periods of standing, walking, stock replenishment, lifting, and carrying products throughout the day.
  • Due to the nature of our busiest trading period, annual leave cannot be taken during November and December.
  • This is a fixed-term seasonal position running throughout the Christmas peak period.
