Candidates should have:

  • Strong technical and mechanical knowledge
  • Experience in bicycle maintenance, servicing, and e-bike diagnostics within a busy workshop environment

The ideal candidate will be conscientious, dedicated, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship with excellent attention to detail. You must be capable of problem-solving, managing your workload effectively, and working independently when required.

General IT competency is essential, as you will be required to use our workshop management systems to manage bookings, customer records, and workshop schedules.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Cytech Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
  • Experience with e-bike diagnostics and servicing
  • Previous experience working within a professional bicycle workshop environment

Working Hours

Our stores operate between five and seven days per week, depending on location, with trading hours typically ranging from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work across these operating hours, including weekends and peak trading periods. Split shifts will be required.
