Bicycle Removal Driver - NSL | Marston Holdings
Location: Westminster, Central London
Salary: £17.56 per hour
Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7
Working Hours: Between 08:00 and 22:00
About The Role
NSL, part of Marston Holdings, is looking for a reliable and responsible Bicycle Removal Driver to join our team in Westminster on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and transportation of dockless Lime bikes across Westminster and the wider West End area.
This is a hands-on driving role that combines vehicle operation, manual handling and customer-facing professionalism. You will play an important part in keeping the local area organised and ensuring bikes are safely collected and transported to the designated compound.
There may be an opportunity to continue in the role beyond the initial 12-month contract, subject to business requirements and individual performance.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Bicycle Removal Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving a 3.5-tonne van across Westminster and Central London.
- Collecting dockless Lime bikes from designated locations.
- Loading bikes safely using a tail lift.
- Securing and restraining bikes correctly for transportation.
- Transporting collected bikes to the designated compound.
- Following allocated routes, collection instructions and operational procedures.
- Carrying out regular vehicle and equipment checks.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.
- Working outdoors and undertaking regular manual handling.
- Representing NSL and Marston Holdings professionally while working in public areas.
- Developing and using strong geographical knowledge of Westminster and the West End.
What We're Looking For
- A full UK manual driving licence.
- To have held your driving licence for at least 1 year.
- No more than 3 points on your driving licence.
- Good communication skills.
- A professional, reliable and responsible approach to work.
- Good geographical knowledge of Westminster and the West End.
- Confidence driving and working in busy Central London locations.
- The ability to work outdoors and undertake manual handling.
- A strong commitment to health and safety.
- A professional approach when representing NSL in public.
