Esri UK is looking for an experienced Bid and Content Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of high-quality bids that support business growth. Working across Sales, Services and Legal, you'll manage the end-to-end bid process, develop the proposal content library, and help drive the adoption of automation and AI-enabled tools. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bid professional who enjoys combining hands-on proposal management with longer-term capability development.

What you'll do:
- Lead compliant, high-quality responses to RFIs, PPQs, ITTs and RFPs
- Run kick-off meetings, storyboarding sessions and review cycles
- Coordinate SMEs and stakeholders, and manage governance and approvals
- Maintain content libraries, templates and proposal resources
- Champion proposal automation and AI-enabled ways of working
What Esri UK are looking for:
- A proven track record managing bids and proposals in a complex business
- Excellent written communication, editing and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Experience running kick-offs, reviews and governance processes
- APMP accreditation (or similar) and tech-sector experience are a plus
