Job Description
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join our successful and growing Bid Team at Aramark UK.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with people, loves bringing structure to complex projects, and wants to develop a career within business development, sales support, or bid management.
Our Bid Team plays a key role in securing new business and retaining some of the UK's most exciting catering, hospitality, workplace, education, defence, and facilities management contracts. You'll be joining a supportive, high-performing team that genuinely enjoys working together. We celebrate success, learn from each other, share knowledge, and are passionate about helping team members develop and progress. In fact, this vacancy exists because one of our team members has recently been promoted, demonstrating the career opportunities available within Aramark.
What's in it for you:
- A predominantly Home-based role with quarterly in-person meetings required, usually held at one of our stunning client locations
- Competitive salary and bonus opportunity
- Opportunity to work with a friendly, experienced, and supportive team
- Clear development pathway into Senior Bid Coordinator or Bid Manager roles

- Pension scheme and life assurance
- Access to our employee benefits platform, offering discounts across hundreds of retailers and leisure providers
- Wellbeing Hub including virtual GP access, mental wellbeing resources, fitness content, and financial advice
- Employee Assistance Programme

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
