Job Title: Bid Coordinator/ Manager
Location: Full-time, Office based in Farringdon
Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator / Senior Bid Coordinator to join a growing commercial fit-out business. Following internal changes within the team, the business is looking for an organised and creative bid professional to take ownership of the day-to-day bid process while producing high-quality, visually engaging submissions.

This role would suit an experienced Bid Coordinator ready to step up or an established Senior Bid Coordinator with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and a solid understanding of the construction bid lifecycle.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator, Senior Bid Coordinator, or Bid Manager within construction, fit-out, or the built environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
- Strong understanding of the bid and tender process.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
