Bid & Proposal Coordinator
Required for a Global SaaS business, paying circa £40,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits, on a fully remote UK basis.
As Bid & Proposal Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of Revenue Operations, taking ownership of the bid function and becoming a key part of how the business wins new opportunities.
The business provides software solutions globally, with a large proportion of customers within the public sector, including local authorities and emergency services. Whilst most opportunities are UK-based, you'll be comfortable working across geographic locations and collaborating with colleagues across Europe, the US, and Australia.
An Overview of the Role and Responsibilities
As Bid & Proposal Coordinator, you'll take ownership of RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and software tender submissions, coordinating internal stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality responses are delivered on time.

To Succeed in This Role, You'll Have:
- Solid experience in Bid & Proposal management
- Developed strong stakeholder management
- Proactive in your learning
- Excellent organizational skills to deliver complex bids
You'll likely bring:
- Proven experience in a proposal and bid-related environment - technology and/or bids based on physical assets would be great to see
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive approach and willingness to chase actions and keep projects moving - not afraid to pick up the phone
- Strong attention to detail
- An interest in process improvement and finding better ways of working; a desire to have a genuine impact on the bid function and wider business
- Confidence using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency
