Role Description

Working closely with leadership, peers and partners, you will coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring opportunities are managed efficiently from identification through to submission. The role will be primarily public sector-focused but also offers the opportunity to work across private sector. Depending on your skills and experience, there will also be opportunities to contribute to wider business development activities, helping to shape how the business identifies, develops and wins future work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate contributions from consultants, SMEs, partners and associates, ensuring all inputs are delivered on time.
  • Manage customer communications, clarification questions and submission portals throughout the bid lifecycle.
  • Ensure all submissions are compliant, professionally presented and submitted to deadline.
  • Maintain bid templates, case studies, CV libraries, service descriptions and other reusable bid content.
  • Support consortium and partner bids by coordinating information and documentation.
  • Produce pipeline and bid performance reporting to support visibility across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
