Responsibilities
- Managing up to 5 live bids at any one time
- Working across a variety of tender portals
- Strong document management and bid administration
- Supporting the end-to-end bid process
- Fully office-based, working closely with a collaborative and supportive team
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Bid Writer, Bid Coordinator or within a similar bid support role
Required Skills
- Confident using online tender portals
- Excellent organisation and document management skills
- Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive team player with strong attention to detail
