Location: Well Court, London EC4M 9DN (Hybrid Working - 60% Office Based)

Full Time | Permanent

Salary: £34,500 + Benefits

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and a confident communicator with a flair for writing? Do you enjoy coordinating projects, managing multiple priorities and contributing to successful business outcomes?

We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our growing Bid Solutions team. Supporting both our Aviation & Transport and Security sectors, you'll play a key role in managing bid activities, maintaining high-quality content and helping to create compelling proposals that showcase why Wilson James is the partner of choice for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the end-to-end bid process across a variety of exciting opportunities.
  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing a best-in-class bid knowledge base.
  • Reviewing, proofreading and refining content from subject matter experts and operational teams.
  • Monitoring bid opportunities through client portals and managing bid notifications.
  • Preparing high-quality pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and request for information (RFI) submissions.
  • Assisting Bid Writers and senior bid leaders with content development and bid planning.
  • Coordinating submission documents and ensuring responses are compliant, accurate and professionally presented.
  • Working alongside design teams to create visually engaging bid submissions, including formatting, layouts and infographics.
  • Capturing actions and key decisions during bid team meetings.

  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Experience in a bid or proposal coordination environment (desirable).
  • Knowledge of procurement processes including RFIs, PQQs and tender submissions (advantageous).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications; Adobe InDesign experience would be beneficial.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
