This varied expertise enables us to transform neighbourhoods, revitalise cities, build relationships and create buildings, places and spaces that draw people together, from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to The Co-op Live Arena [https://emperia.digital/getty/populous/index.html].

As we continue to bring to life award-winning venues and experiences our EMEA Practice is looking for a Bid Coordinator based in our Putney studio.

About the Role

This role sits within our Bids team. If you have a talent for coordinating, as well as supporting the management and/or implementation of complex bid processes, and a passion for architecture, we offer an exciting opportunity to influence how we collectively pursue and win new work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being a key hire to support the management of the bids process; shaping winning strategies and ensuring excellence from opportunity identification to delivery. You'll collaborate closely across the business, harnessing your organisational prowess to drive success.
  • End-to-end accountability for pre-positioning, win strategy, storyboarding, bid kick-off, clarifications, response development, submission, interview and post-bid feedback / hygiene.
  • Assessing client requirements and working with internal and external stakeholders to craft, edit and review responses, ensuring they are tailored, high-quality, and submitted on time.
  • Driving collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, including supply chain partners and design teams.
  • Designing and implementing bidding best practices, including our approach to win strategy, the bidding process and the centralised knowledge library.
  • Working with other bid specialists as a community of practice to improve the standard and effectiveness of written responses and shared best practice.
  • Managing the upcoming submissions pipeline, ensuring each proposal is effectively resourced and recorded in our CRM.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
