Bid Coordinator
Central London
£40,000 - £50,000 p.a.
A highly regarded architecture practice is looking for a driven and organised Bid Coordinator to lead end-to-end bid processes, produce work-winning submission documents, manage CRM activity, and help maintain a consistent and high-quality brand presence across all communications.
About the Role
This is a new position within the practice created to strengthen their business development function. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop bid strategy and compelling narratives. The role will initially be based in the office 5 days per week, with the potential for 1 day WFH after probation.

Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience managing bid proposals within architecture or the built environment.
- Confidence with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience writing copy for bids is hugely beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end bid processes.
- Produce work-winning submission documents.
- Manage CRM activity.
- Help maintain a consistent and high-quality brand presence across all communications.
