Talent Frame are delighted to be working with a leading UK architectural and heritage consultancy to hire a Bid Coordinator for their Manchester studio. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and highly organised professional with a passion for architecture to take ownership of the end-to-end bid process and support the firm’s continued growth.
Working closely with Partners, the wider Business Development team and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will manage multiple bids, producing high-quality and visually engaging submissions. You’ll join a collaborative team where you can use your creative skills while developing your experience across bids, business development and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring deadlines and procedures are met.
- Build strong relationships with Partners and internal stakeholders to produce compelling proposals and presentations.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to create high-quality bid submissions.
- Design bid and tender layouts, including collating relevant images and graphics.
- Review content for accuracy, consistency and presentation quality.
- Maintain the internal bid library, including CVs, project case studies and photography.
- Analyse bid outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future submissions.
- Identify and implement improvements and efficiencies across the bid process.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams on wider projects.
- Manage multiple bids with varying stakeholders, requirements and deadlines.

Experience required
- Excellent InDesign skills are imperative.
- Previous bid coordination experience is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Experience working on high-value bids.
- Graphic design skills and experience using procurement portals are advantageous.
- Experience within the architecture or construction industry would be beneficial.
- A genuine passion for architecture and a creative, proactive approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing an autonomous workload.
