Bid & Creative Coordinator

SMART Managed Solutions is seeking a talented Bid Coordinator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organized professional who can combine strong bid coordination and content writing skills with a flair for design. You'll play a key role in creating compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that support business growth and showcase SMART's expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid and tender process.
- Write, edit, and format high-quality bid responses, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather technical and commercial information.
- Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain bid content libraries, templates, and supporting documentation.
- Support post-bid reviews, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track bid performance and support wider business development activities.

About You
- 2+ years' experience in a bid, proposals, marketing, or creative coordination role.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is desirable.
- A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.
