Bid Engineer (Defence)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Flexible Working + Early Finish Friday + Membership Support

Are you a Bid Manager looking to join a highly reputable company, recognised as leaders within electronics technologies manufacturing, operating at the forefront of the aerospace and defence sector?

In this role you will be responsible for reviewing both tender documentations and specifications for bid scope and compliance, alongside coordinating bid activities. You will also be responsible for performing cost estimates, pricing schedules, as well as commercial proposals, eventually handing over to project delivery.

This role would suit a bid engineer with a background in engineering or a related field, with a proficiency in Microsoft excel. You will be looking to progress your career, joining a national company looking to invest in their employees, through funded membership and qualifications support, as well as security clearance.

The Role:

  • Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week, flexible
  • Tender documentations and specifications
  • Performing cost estimates, pricing schedules, and commercial proposals
