Bid & Estimation Engineer | Remote – Ireland / UK
Do you enjoy turning complex project information into clear, accurate and commercially sound proposals?
We're looking for a Bid & Estimation Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting major projects across Europe.
Working alongside Account Managers, Operations teams and key business stakeholders, you'll help prepare tender submissions, build project cost estimates and ensure quotations meet both customer expectations and commercial requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Producing Bills of Materials and project quotations.
- Reviewing project designs, specifications and technical documentation.
- Calculating quantities and labour requirements.
- Preparing tenders and supporting the submission process.
- Coordinating internal reviews and approvals.
- Working closely with Account Managers and Operations teams on strategic opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in bid coordination, bid management, administration or document control.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Experience within security, engineering, construction or related sectors would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam would be beneficial.
