Role Overview

We are working with a highly regarded City law firm looking to recruit a Proposals Executive to join its established Business Development & Marketing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with professional services Business Development experience who is looking to develop their career within a leading law firm.

Responsibilities

The role will involve:

  • Supporting the preparation of high-quality pitches, tenders, and RFP submissions.
  • Working on firmwide panel proposals and major corporate transactional pitches.
  • Developing compelling pitch content and tailored client presentations.
  • Collaborating with Partners, lawyers, and wider Business Development teams.
  • Conducting market research and contributing to wider business development initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year's Business Development experience within professional services.
  • Previous pitch or proposal experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, commercially minded individual who enjoys working with senior stakeholders.
  • An excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-profile pitches and strategic Business Development initiatives within a supportive and collaborative team.
