Bid Executive Role

The Bid Executive will play a key role in supporting the sales team by preparing compelling and tailored bid proposals for clients within the business services sector. Description

The key responsibilities for the Bid Executive role will include:

  • Coordinate and manage the preparation of bid proposals, ensuring all submissions are accurate and tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to gather relevant information for bids.
  • Ensure all bids align with the company's branding and messaging standards.
  • Maintain and update a library of bid templates and supporting documentation.
  • Manage bid schedules to meet strict deadlines and address client requirements effectively.
  • Conduct post-bid evaluations to identify areas for improvement in future submissions.
  • Research and analyse market trends to enhance the quality and competitiveness of bids.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
