As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Bid Executive to join our London-based Marketing & Business Development team.

The Role

As a Bid Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the production of high-quality bid and proposal submissions that help Newmark win new business. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are compelling, compliant and delivered on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, working collaboratively with a wide range of teams and producing polished, client-focused documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of bids, proposals, presentations and tender responses from initial opportunity through to submission.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Marketing and fee-earning teams to develop compelling, client-focused proposals.
  • Manage bid timelines, ensuring all contributors are aware of deadlines and deliverables.
  • Review tender documentation, identifying submission requirements and coordinating responses.
  • Draft, edit and proofread proposal content to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain and develop the firm's bid content library, case studies, CVs and supporting materials.
  • Ensure all submissions align with Newmark's brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate the production of presentation materials and client credentials.
  • Liaise with internal subject matter experts to gather technical and commercial information.
  • Support the continuous improvement of bid processes, templates and best practices.
  • Track bid activity and maintain accurate records of submissions, outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Assist with post-submission activities, including presentation preparation, client feedback and bid debriefs.
  • Support wider marketing and business development initiatives as required.

About You

You'll be a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You'll enjoy working to deadlines, coordinating multiple stakeholders and producing high-quality written documents.
