Are you an experienced Bid Manager looking to join a collaborative, forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy delivering some of the UK's most exciting projects?

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading international design and consultancy business seeking a talented Bid Manager to join its established work-winning team on a 12-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in securing major projects across sectors including healthcare, education, workplace, transport, science, residential, retail, and mixed-use developments.

The Role

Working closely with senior leaders, technical specialists, and marketing teams, you'll lead the bid process from opportunity identification through to submission, helping to develop winning strategies and produce high-quality, compelling proposals.

About You

  • Proven experience managing bids within the built environment, consultancy, architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive, commercially-minded approach with a passion for winning work.
