A Bid Manager with experience leading the full bid lifecycle, ideally within architecture, construction, or the built environment, is needed to drive and manage the end-to-end submission process and support business growth.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong bid writing, editing, and project management skills
- Ability to analyse bid performance and identify opportunities for improvement

- Proven team leadership experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working under pressure to tight deadlines
Additional Requirements
- Strong InDesign skills
- Experience using procurement portals and various submission methods
- Solid understanding of frameworks and procurement processes
