Are you a Senior Bid Writer, Bid Coordinator, Proposal Writer or similar with experience managing tenders and looking for the opportunity to step into a Bid Manager position? Do you want to take the next step in your career, have greater ownership of the full bid process and work across a varied portfolio of UK and international projects?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing multi-disciplinary Group, where you will work across sports infrastructure, environmental design, construction, consultancy and research. You will work closely with technical, operational and commercial teams, taking increasing responsibility for bids, tenders and RFPs across the Group.
In this role, you will coordinate and manage bids from initial opportunity through to final submission, developing response plans and win themes, coordinating stakeholders and writing and editing high-quality proposal content.

The Role
- Lead and coordinate bids, tenders and RFPs from opportunity qualification through to submission
- Develop bid strategies, win themes and response plans aligned with client requirements
- Coordinate technical, operational and commercial contributors, managing deadlines and review stages
- Write, edit and tailor executive summaries, methodologies, project approaches and quality/social value responses
The Person
- Senior Bid Writer, Bid Coordinator, Proposal Manager or similar with strong tender experience
- Experience managing complex bids from inception through to final submission
